Examination, controls, inspections and NDT

We carry out inspection of pipes welding joints, steel constructions welding joints (mainly steel bridges and halls…), as well as inspections on casts and forgings, all according to customer´s requirements. We do this inspection in all stages of production (interstage and final products takeover) in workshop or in assembly sites. We also secure inspections and tests of gas and pressure equipment.

Among the main activities of the section belong mainly:

Carrying out dimension takeovers of steel welded items
Carrying out visual testing of weld joints of metals and material surface incompatibility (VT)
Carrying out penetration or capillary method PT)
Magnetic tests of welded joints (MT)
Ultrasonic tests of welded joints (UT)
Tightness test by the method of pressure alteration (LT-B)
Carrying out test of surface protection, painted and galvanized
Revisions and tests of the kept pressure equipment
Revisions and tests of the given gas equipment
